Celebrate 250 years of freedom by helping rescue cats and declare their independence from shelter life.
Promotions
- July 4th – The $76.00 Liberty Fee:
- July 11th – Founder Felines: For the longest term residents who are the “Founding of Felines of Paw Warriors, Inc. we are offering waived fees to help them finally find freedom.
- July 18th – The Red, White, and Blue Special | Red = Ginger Cars | White = Black and White or Just Black | Blue = Grey and Brown Tabbies
- July 25th – Calico, Diluted Calio, and all other colors.
Event Activities
- The Declaration of Adoption: We will provide a custom scroll styled adoption document styled like the Declaration of Independence. When a cat is adopted, the new owner signs it to pledge “Life, Liberty, and the Purr-suit of Happiness” to their new home.
- Patriotic Photo Booth: Join us at our photo station with miniature American flags, small red-white-and-blue top hats, and a colonial -styled backdrop for “just adopted” family photos.
- Colonial Catnip Station: Grab a toy where visitors pick out a stuffed catnip toy to share with their special kitty for a small donation.
- Revolutionary Names: Temporarily profile out adoptable cats with history name on social media and kennel card (e.g., Betsy Rosss, Abigail Adams, George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Liberty, Justice, Sparkler, Yankee Doodle, Eagle, Stars, Stripes, etc.
